Don't miss the Trinity College Library, home of the famous Book of Kells, and stroll through Temple Bar for live music and an unrivalled atmosphere. And, of course, a visit to the Guinness Storehouse is a must to learn about (and sample) the art behind the famous stout.

Day 2: Cliffs of Moher and Galway

Depart early for the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland's most impressive natural wonders. Then head to Galway, a city known for its bohemian atmosphere, vibrant street life and excellent traditional Irish music. Stroll through its medieval streets and soak up the charm of this seaside town.

Day 3 & 4: Connemara and the Isle of Inishmore

Spend these days exploring the Connemara region, famous for its wild landscapes and national parks. Be sure to visit Kylemore Abbey, a Benedictine monastery with a fascinating history. Then take a ferry to Inishmore Island, the largest of the Aran Islands, where you can see the prehistoric fort of Dún Aonghasa, perched on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic.

Day 5: The Ring of Kerry

Get ready for one of the most spectacular coastal drives in the world: the Ring of Kerry. This circuit will take you through mountains, lakes and valleys that look like something out of a fairytale. Don't miss Killarney National Park, with its beautiful lakes and Muckross House, a perfectly preserved Victorian mansion.

Day 6: Cork and Blarney Castle

Head south to Cork, known for its bridges and foodie market, the English Market. From here it's only a short distance to Blarney Castle, where you can kiss the famous Blarney Stone, which legend has it will give you the gift of eloquence.

Day 7: The Rock of Cashel and Kilkenny

Travel inland to visit the Rock of Cashel, a spectacular collection of medieval ruins set on a hilltop. Then continue on to Kilkenny, a perfectly preserved medieval town, where you can visit its imposing castle and enjoy the best craft ales in one of the old taverns.

Day 8 and 9: Wicklow and Wicklow Mountains

Head back east to County Wicklow, known as the 'Garden of Ireland'. Spend a day exploring the Wicklow Mountains, where the Wicklow National Park and Glendalough, an ancient monastery in a glacial valley that will leave you speechless, await you. Spend the other day enjoying the beaches and relaxed atmosphere of seaside towns such as Bray and Greystones.

Day 10: Newgrange and Return to Dublin

Before closing your trip, visit Newgrange, an ancient Neolithic monument that is older than the pyramids of Egypt. Afterwards, return to Dublin for one last night on the town, perhaps looking for a hidden pub where you can enjoy a night on the town.

to toast the adventures with a final Irish whiskey.
